Orcascript to deploy PB Component

There is an orca command seems can do the work:

build project [pblName] [projectName] [serverName]
[serverPort]

But, how to pass the userid/password? Do I have to leave the
admin password to empty to use this command?

AFAIK the credentials are stored in the project
